Quarter 3 GOAT Highlights
Reports client behaviors to BCBA and parent and collaborates to find solutions for behaviors, and implements given feedback in sessions
Attended parent-teacher meeting (unpaid) to advocate for client and collaborates with teachers to accommodate client’s needs in school setting
Consistently finds ways to make sessions fun for her clients by participating in all company spirit weeks, utilizing supply requests for fun games that target session goals, purchasing items related to client interests and bringing to session
Volunteers at all company community events/helps with set up/break down and encourages clients to attend the events
Took initiative to complete session note audits and even took on more last quarter when the need presented itself. Completed all audits for August independently
Stepped up in time of crisis to complete a parent training when the need presented itself
Voluntarily took an hour cut to help out a teammate in need
